The PACMAN
Last Sunday March 14, 2010 attention of many people all over the world were glued to their television set and watch the fight of the best boxer of our time Manny Pacquiao against the former champion from Ghana, Joshua Clottey
Many Pacquiao shows why he is the king in boxing by coming on fire from the start of the round one till the end of round 12, he throws a lot of combinations to the head down to the body while Clottey are very busy protecting himself against the best male athletes of the decade. It was a unanimous decision by Pacquiao. It was the biggest opportunity for Clottey to shows what he takes against the 7th time world champion in 7th different weight category but he failed to impress the people watching around the world and his countrymen in Ghana. The fight dubbed “The Event” was thehot topic in all the sports blogs, sports magazines and even in all sports videos of the lackluster performance of Pacquiao’s opponent and I can sense that he steps up in the ring not to fight, he was there to receive the biggest paycheck of his career, he was told by his sports coach to throw more punches but he seldom do.
Once again Manny “Pacman” Pacquiao makes the Filipinos all over the world proud by stamping his class against the bigger opponent.
